  • cowboy hat is considered an "accessory" even though it wouldn't be Scott McNeil without it but it can be left off if requested.
  • commissioner has choice of black vest (pictured) or red plaid vest (not pictured).
  • he also has a "furry" chest -that is not considered an "extra" and is part of his design unless otherwise requested.

Plushies stand just under 12 inches tall and will have synthetic hair and felt clothing.
